Tongue sores anyone?

I’m in a really bad wave, and I’ve developed this weird, almost baby pea sized sore on my tongue that’s white ish and raw looking. I have a terrible taste in my mouth 24/7. Anyone else have this?

I would get it checked out so you can know how to get relief or get rid of it....some ppl in wd get candida (yeast) issues in mouth or other areas. Also if someone has herpes, the virus can cause a flare up of sores in wd as well bc the immune system is so stressed.
