temazepam taper

i have been making bigger cuts as i get lower on temazepam, they say it is less potent then other benzos, is this okay?

According to the Ashton equivalency chart, temazepam is half as potent as valium. 

 

The fact that you're still taking Ativan might be helping you withdraw from temazepam more quickly and painlessly than expected. 

 

Just try not to cut so drastically that you have to updose.  (Ain't nobody got time for that!  )    And give yourself plenty of time to stabilize after each cut.

Yes you could. If you feel alright, it's perfect point to stop.

You should be fine, jumping off at 0.04 mg temazepam.  I'd be surprised if you even notice a difference.
