I have been on clonzapam for many years and am trying to have hope have struggled with being taken off of them before but am looking to calm my anxiety and worry and identify with other people here and also find hope and clarity. I am good at keeping an open mind and trying new things

I'm glad you found us and are looking for information and support.  From reading you note, I take it that you are still on clonazepam but are looking to get off?  If you could clarify that and let us know a little more of your story, we can better aid you.  I recently tapered off clonazepam and, like you, I had anxiety about that process but this community was most helpful.
