My WD symptoms are getting much worse than I thought I would have on an 8% reduction. Im cutting again on day 21 so hopefully I can stabilize a bit over the next 10 days. I have not been doing a lot during the day but shopping & yard work. I feel like staying in bed but I don't want to do that. My muscles ache a lot and my head feels like its spinning. I feel like the Tin-man when I am moving around. Like some kind of defective robot.  :idiot:
