I have been prescribed temazepam after the early death of my husband. I recently began self medicating. I have no Temazepam left and am in the second day without them- cold turkey.

We're glad you joined us.  I'm so very sorry for your loss.  I'm also sorry you're in a bind with your supply of temazepam running out.  Can you tell us more about how long you took it and what the doses were?

If it turns out it would make sense for you to reinstate so you can start a slow, gradual taper can you get a prescription for more temazepam?
