Xanax taper

Just began my liquid Xanax taper . Have been on 1mg for about 2 1/2 years. Don’t believe i need it anymore and decided to start the process of slowly tapering off. Looking for any tips or anything that could be of help if or when I need. Thanks!

Hi and welcome to BB! Its great that you  have a desire to be off of the medication. Benzos are strong meds and have the potential to go bad very quickly for many people.

In doing a gradual taper and getting off of them, you will be in a better place as these meds are not good for long term use.
