4 months off...not uncommon for HR stuff unfortunately.

Mine finally settled down around 5 or 6 months.

And no stress does not kill you, even though it feels like.

I went to the ER like million times. It feels unbelievable, but sadly it's what benzos do. I'm so sorry!

How are your other symptoms?
