Before starting benzos

Had anyone had fibromyalgia before benzos? I was diagnosed 20 years ago and it was bad but nothing like this. I am so scared bc I already had a sensitive cns before benzos. I'm sure this is why I'm doing so poorly at 20 months off. Will my poor cns ever heal? Gentle hugs to everyone 💜

I had pins and needles and aches before valium, due to lexapro tapering. But only on part of my head and shoulder. Allover since valium tapering and 100 times more excruciating
