Who recovered from DR/DP or it got better for them over the period of time. Mine are constant and it really raises my anxiety level and then i get these weird thoughts. I think it also leads to panicky feelings and makes your nervous system out of control. I am almost 6 months off but it seems like the DP/DR are getting worse instead of getting better ....WHY...
