HI,  I was able to cross over to Valium.  I was so sick from the CT that they put me on 5 am 5 afternoon and 10 in the evening.  I'm on the Ashton manual schedule 7 week 19.  Next week I need to drop my AM dose from 5 to  4.  I have the pills, the scale and razors.  How do I go from 5 and 4.  Do you recommend cutting or water titration.  I just need help step by step on how to do this.  THanks 

 

For example:  MY scale calebrates at 9.998.  One pill weighs .156  (How do I get this pill down to 4?)
