Heart palps

I’m 7 months benzo free and still having occasional heart palps. They are kind of scary! Has anyone else had them this far out from their last dose?

Hi Sjs I get awful palps, have had many heart tests but have developed a fib during wd which put me in hospital x

I get them too. But my heart is healthy. I just had an echo and EKG’s and I’m fine. They’re scary feeling though

Sometimes I get them all day and they’re so strong it feels like someone has punched me twice in the chest. Very scary
