Anyone that are or have experience anger after quitting benzo? I have been off 50 days now and I feel a bit angry, especially towards people. I just want to be left alone and don't hang out with my friends at the moment.

It is perfectly normal but recognize wen it gets way overboard and channel the energy to something else. Like exercise or punching bags.
