I know I've been responding to you a lot, hope that's ok!

 

I'm not sure about benzos affect on limbic system. I mean it affects A LOT of stuff. But I do know that antipsychotics can cause brain atrophy, at least that is what I have read anyway.

 

This is why I am always asking if your doctor will let you taper it?

Obviously, if you need it for psychosis reasons or another mental reason then maybe not. But if they are ONLY giving it to you for sleep....I would research it a bit and talk to them about it!

I need them for anxiety because antidepressants doesn’t work.
