Feeling unsupported on here at moment

I'm coming off here feeling very unsupported at moment. Got enough to to cope with without being harshly criticised for expressing an opinion on something. Especially when people don't even seem to have come off meds yet and have no idea how hard this is suffering 18 months of withdrawal literally trying everything to help.  Some of us do have very severe symptoms that last a long time being verbally attacked is just making me feel worse.
