Articles/videos to explain Benzo Withdrawal to someone wanting to know?

Can anyone suggest just an article or two, or video or two, if someone actually wants to know what the problem of benzo withdrawal is--  what it is like, what we need?    Someone actually is interested to know.

 

I don't want it too technical or too long because, well, they will just tune out, I believe.
