Extremely in body turmoil

Need advice....so after having that 1/2 glass of wine last night (big mistake!) I was awake all night and my body is in complete turmoil. I’ve tried all calming methods and nothing has worked. Please, any advice would be welcomed and greatly appreciated..... :'(

Ride it out and count it as a tough lesson learned. So many on here have realized things that are not worth it during recovery/wd. I'm so sorry. I know you are feeling really rough.

Theres nothing to counteract this if you're looking for something to take. Use all the tools in your toolbox. this will pass.
