Weird Symptoms

I am 5 and 1/2 months off and my symptoms getting weird. I have intense fear and can't go out by myself. I constantly feel like I will loose my mind and may be I will forget what's around me. Feels like don't know what's going on around me and keep trying to think okay this is day and morning ..just not connecting days or feelings. sometimes i think what if I won't remember my family and my surroundings...it's like gloomy around me...anyone felt this way or know what these feelings called? do these gets better ...

Derealization or/and depersonalization i think. I have that too. Even inside. I dont know where I am all looks strange or unfamiliar. I think what if i dont know where I am or who my husband is? Or who I am?
