Ear Congestion

Anyone have ear congestion? It comes and goes for me. Normally the worse the head pressure is the ear pressure goes with it. I feel it more on my left side than my right though.

I have a lot of ear congestion especially the left ear , Really severe tinnitus in both ears,  Different sounds in each ear,

 

Right ear is  hissing and a mid tone hum

 

Left ear deep rumbling drone,  really bad

 

Head pressure,  feels as if my head is congested somehow,  Numbness round lips and some on  left cheek

 

7.5 months off
