Internal imbalance

I have noticed an interesting phenomenon: when some symptoms improve, others begin to worsen. This always happens synchronously. For example: yesterday my muscles stopped aching and my cognitive abilities improved, but at the same time my appetite worsened and I had night anxiety.

Why is this happening?

Your brain (and body) are working at restructuring/repair. It patches one part to then go work on another..then can come back to "fine tune" the original patch up. Crazy right? Read this..it makes so much sense out of what we experience :
