Blank brain

I have blank brain it is sleeping and it is switching off, I can’t think I lost short and long term memory, I can’t see at all, my brain just like doesn’t work like it should I have severe insomnia because I can’t put it to sleep because it is already sleeping when I’m awake. All my body functions are disappearing can’t pee I’m constipated, I don’t feel hunger or thirst.

Sounds like DP too me. I dont feel hunger o thirst not even pain if i bite in my arms. My mind is blank. No inner voice no inner pics. But you can think. It takes a lot of thinking to post here..
