Histamine and mast cell

My biggest issue since coming off these pills has been histamine and mast cell issues. 

Do these go away as we heal??

Want to get connected with you as mast cell is my most challenging problem since jumping off. What are you sensitive to and what are the sx?

 

I heard antihistamine is like benzo, only masks sx initially but over time will make it worse ( similar mechanic to benzo only it blocks histamine receptor

Id love to hear more from everyone about using antihistamine post tapering. My mast cell issues are at a dangerous level, am considering antihistamine
