Sleep Aponea v Withdrawal

[Wi...]

Recommended Posts

Hi

My Benzo use started because of fear of insomnia which caused (obviously!) no sleep. My Doctor (a leading sleep specialist who put me on benzos in the first place) believes my current symptoms could be caused by sleep aponea and not withdrawal.

Has anyone had this challenge before? The test to check is a fortune.

I have problems with sleep apnea. If you don't live alone, does your partner say you are snoring? And short breaks when you breathe? Are you dry in the throat in the morning? And very tired? For me, it's a combination. But if you have a partner, you can ask.

She did notice this a while ago but not any more. Extreme tiredness and fatigue the next morning but no sore throat and only light snoring. It seems unlikely and just another way to take fees off me.
