Internal Shaking

[SA...]

Recommended Posts

Hi all

I am suffering very badly from a feeling of internal shaking. Feels like an electric current is being passed through my whole body. No external shaking although it feels like it! My muscle become stiff and tight and I struggle to relax. Does this ring any bells with others.

Thank you

Yes.  I have both.  I'm 6 weeks off.  The muscles in my neck and chest are very tight.  Sometimes it moves around.  For example, one side of my chest will be tight and then it will move to the other side. Or my neck will be tight and not my chest or vice versa.  Drives me bonkers.

I've seen this mentioned several times - some members have described it as inner vibrations.  If you have already maybe try the search function to see posts about this symptom.

this was one of my most unsettling symptoms. it stayed with me a long time but has really subsided recently. I actually learned how to fall asleep with it after I jumped. remember, it can cause you no harm and is just a symptom of withdrawal. I really tried to accept it and it very slowly started to go away....
