I am now two years benzo free!  While I still have some withdrawal symptoms, I have improved.  I no longer have body twitches and jerks.  My short term memory and my ability to converse normally has improved.  I hope to improve more in the coming months!

2 yrs off..that's a great achievement..keep it up. really need stories like these to keep us going ....wish you all the best... :thumbsup:

I am so happy for you. Two years is definitely something to celebrate. I am so happy to hear that you are starting to feel better. Wont be much longer and you will be writing your success story.
