Anyone with severe back pain, upper back, especially when lying down.  This tends to happen to me at night?

Is your upper back really tight, pulling, contracted etc?

I have this through whole body. Every single muscle.

As get lower again no position is bearable hence reinstated twice.

Yes, severe back pain all the time since tapering and post jumping for 2 yrs along with extreme tightening like Ajusta described

Yes, it feels like muscle pain and it sometimes goes into my neck and head.....I was taking Trazodone to sleep and wonder if it has an issue with Gaba Receptors.....it gave me severe leg pain.  I have been off valium for almost 5 years, so wondering if something else is going on!

I, too, have severe reactions to MSG and artificial sweetners, also garlic powder.......

Off and on, thinking that maybe the Trazodone kicked me back into withdrawal.....and the stress of  moving from my home of 30 years.

Uppar back pain can be due to Kindneys issue.
