Foot Problem

I'm not sure if this is a symptom or not but something is wrong with my left foot.  Out of nowhere I have pain in the ball of my feet and bottom of toes. It's hurt a lot to walk and when i scrunch my toes it feels like one of my toes is out of place or blocked.  Feels like index toe is out of position.

 

Any idea and how to fix this?

Sounds muscle related from wd, spasm, contraction etc. I have it all over me head to toe.

 

Massage can help a bit.

It could be WD. My feet are taught and painful - the floor feels painful and too hard. I have thos severely through whole body.

 

On other hand it could be something like plantar fasciitis.

 

A lot of ppl seem to get muscle stuff quite a few months out.
