I did not understand. Slept yesterday 3 x2hours. I was happy. But my vibrations are so hard again. It is going to be a worst night again i think. Now 4 months off. Did somebody do psyhosomatic therapy?. Mindfulness makes me crazy. I can not lay still in bed and relax.

Hi Hollie,

I feel bad for you as KNOW what this relentless symptom is like.

May I ask how long it has been since your ADs and APs? How long did you take them? How long off?

Unfortunately we can't always know how much of role these play in with our benzo WD as well. I also had AD and AP at time of WD. Is awful.
