Restlessness. Jumpiness.

On challenging days, I have this flutter in my chest and feel that I can't sit still but I actually do. I have to shake my legs constantly. It is like physical anxiety. And I feel very jumpy around loud noise. It helps if I keep busy but I am very tired since I can't sleep past 2 am.


During night time that bad energy turn into body jerk. It is like a tension at the bottom of my spine that needs to leave.


Anyone had this who has gotten better?

Most of us have lived with these particular symptoms, they're very common and I can tell you that all of them left me when I recovered.  It sounds like these symptoms are brought on or made worse by challenging days, this is common too, stress makes everything worse.
