This is really pretty.  Gawd I love that womans voice.  I wish I could sing like her!

 

I'm totally not familiar with X-factor.  Did she win one of those reality shows??  If so, I had no clue where she'd come from.  I fell in love with her music and then saw who she was.  She's so pretty too!

I love Los Lonely Boys!

 

My nephew is in a Tejano band from Texas.  Their trumpeter won a grammy this year.  My nephew says he's going for the grammy next.  He's here visiting us now.  I hope he gets it!

 

I think Leona Lewis is one the best live performers in pop music right now.  I don't know if you've noticed, but a lot of the pop singers aren't so good live.  She's very consistent though.  Beautiful voice.

How cool is that?      I didn't see the show, but I have no doubt she qualified as a winner!  It totally amazes me the notes she can hit and it looks effortlessly!!

Oh Lordy to be 35 yrs younger!!  There is a shaggy blond guy with blue eyes in Westlife.  Need I say more?  Oh yeah,,, LOL the song was good too.  I really did like it.

 

Between the 2 bands I liked the music better of Westlife, but that's just judging one song.  Interesting to know what others listen to.  I had not a clue who Enya was before my UK friend visited.  I burned myself a copy of his cd before he left!

I do like them, but it really surprises me that as big as they are I havn't heard of them.  I guess my friend was right.  Not only is our news very limited to what they would like broadcast, but our music from elsewhere gets here last as well.

 

I'd still love to meet Sharon Osborn.  That woman truely has to be a saint or insane.  I'm voting saint!  Anyone who can tolerate Ozzy's babble for this long has to be sent straight to him from heaven!!  When my husband and I first met, Ozzy was his favorite!  Of course, considering our age at that time, he was still biting off bat heads!  I knew then something was seriously wrong with this person!!    Ozzy although quite crispy, has a beautiful intelligent wife.  I just love Sharon!  (I'll leave the commentary on their kids out!)   

 

There are so many bands, and I'm horrible at remembering names, that come from the UK or elsewhere, that I had no clue didn't start off in the US!!  I just love the way during the song you have no clue, and then when interviewed this lovely Brittish accent comes out.  It seems like during the singing you should be able to pick up on something!  The first time I heard Leona Lewis speak I was blown away.          I thought she too was from here!  Boy, has my bulb been dim for awhile!
