I wake up with adrenal surges/anxiety whatever you call it.  I have no pounding heart. or breathing issues.  just a fear feeling. the crazy thing is it is on the inside then I feel it on the outside. and I don't feel it on the inside.

Anxiety it’s only a feeling treat that way it can’t hurt you?

Yes, definitely sounds like anxiety.  Fear of going crazy or people thinking you are crazy is also anxiety.
