Lockie it maybe because that u were off alcohol 2 years that the small amount of beer you had made you feel bad emotionally cos u have been off it a while which may have started your symptoms. As you said " instant regret".It could just be psychological. Just a thought. All the best mate    :thumbsup:

 

Nope, i was stoked to be having a beer. No guilt associated with it at all.  It was an instant body reaction  and im still paying for it

 

Same here. I enjoyed the hell out of it, but the next day I knew I screwed up when my body felt like a raw nerve ending  :-\
