I am on .5 vivelle dot patch.  They want to increase to 1 an increase troche progesterone from 200 to 225.  I'm coming out of a terrible rough patch where I stupidly increased my microtaper rate. Im over the worse now. Still holding for a few days.

 

Do you think making this change will help or hurt me?
