It IS soluble in propylene glycol, and there is an Rx liquid ativan available.  (It uses a PG solvent)

 

Since when was it sparingly soluble in alcohol this would go against i have read

Well, I'm pretty sure it has always been "...sparingly soluble in alcohol"  I don't think the physical properties have been changed.

 

My post includes a link to the source of the material I posted.  (And numerous other sources show the same or similar info).

 

 

Why  don't you share what you have read?
