The only things that I can think of would be guided meditation. YouTube has bunches of them on video. Also your favorite relaxing music might work.      :)

 

Nope - does not work. Because the hated noise is still heard while meditation music is played.

I don't need any meditation stuff - if the environment is quiet I can easily breathe myself into a sleepy mode... I am a meditation monster! >:D
