I like learning foreign languages too, it's exciting, and I think it's a good exercise for the brain, I really enjoy it.  I also enjoy foreign travel, my last trip before withdrawal was from US to Ecuador, visited for a month, polished my Spanish a lot, didn't want to comeback.  ;)

I’ve always had an excellent memory for foreign words. Almost perfect. I think I remember names of all the BBs I came across. However, my memory worsened like 50% when I got back on benzos in May 2014, as a result of job-related stress. It’s slowly coming back to its previous state, I hope. I’ve taught foreign languages for a long time, then worked for many years as a translator. Teaching was extremely easy and I was really good at it. One keeps teaching the same stuff over and over again. But I couldn’t handle being center of attention without benzos. Translations are challenging, cause there’s always sth new. They’re less monotonous, as well.

Seeing little one learn new words and her making me laugh.  Otherwise, I'm very irritable.  Short with parents, haven't been talking to friends.

self help audobooks

A lifesaver for me. I average one every second day. Listen to some up to 10 times through my wireless headphones while doing stuff at home. I download them them via Amazon’s Audible. If I don’t like a book, there’s no problem returning it. Distract me from my stupid negative thinking patterns.
