What antibiotics are safe to take?

I think I have a sinus infection and may need antibiotics.  What ones are safe for me?

I get sinus infections from time to time.  The last A/B that I was prescribed was Clav-Amox.  I had no problems.  I've also used Z-pak (Azithromycin) without any problems.

I read somewhere keflex was safe since it is a none quinolone .
