When are is pressing you down a bit,

If you're feeling benzo-fried and you need something calm and soothing, I'd like to recommend this four-minute Gaelic song sung by Canada's The Rankin Family with an accompanying slide show of lovely images to rest your eyes on. The pace of show is slow enough that you have time to consider the images and get a feeling for what each one conjures up inside you, while taking time to breathe slowly and enjoying the stunning voices of The Rankin Family. I think I need a bit more of this medicine, so I'll listen to it one more time.....

Hi everyone hope you are all managing

 

Just flying past and thought I would drop in

I think you have forgotten me

 

Anyway just to let you know that I started my volunteering

and I am off again this afternoon despite only having 4 hours sleep

 

I have met some nice humans who have taken one Duck under their wings

I think they like me that is for sure as they want me to come back and back I will go

 

I am not out of the woods totally and still have bad days

but now I have something else to focus on 

 

I wasn't sure whether to post this but then thought yes I will

it is because I want you to know that in time things will get better

 

Like I said I am still having bad days but I know what I am going through

a pill will not solve my problems only I have to sort out my problems

 

I am always thinking of you all and I am here if you want me

 

One day at a time
