HI can do 

There's many times in my life when I thought a bad thing would last forever, or I'd lost some ability forever. I find that a day surprises me, here and there, a day when I can feel like Im 30's again. Youth is fading fast, but Im learning to really dig in and enjoy a moment or a day, when I get a reprieve from aches and pains. I am so amazed at the human body's ability to heal and at our will to keep moving. I will stay in motion as long as I can. I feel as if all the pain receptors got disconnected in my body today!

Thanks, Ins. Your avatars are always beautiful. No outside work for me today...so very humid and hot. I hiked at 7 for 4 1/2 mi and sweat like crazy. Im amazed to find that I have no pain today either. My back has bothered me for years and I thought this time round, it would never stop hurting. Just when you give up, there's a shift and you're YOU again!

We will all get relief from this heat by Saturday, I hope.

HI can do Im fabulous today! Hiked for 1 & 1/2hrs today and push mowed the front yard. How's that for being in benzo w/d?  Hope you are well. The heat is horrendous. Ive become used to sweating like a pig all day.
