Hello All

 

This was me yesterday all by myself on a long journey for me to my local town,

I have been a bus locally, but this was a big step for me.

 

So just bear in mind that your time will come.

I am now off to meet a friend and we are going for coffee/ tea.

 

Now if  you had said I would be doing this even a year ago

I would of said. Well its not repeatable well not on the forum anyway.

My dear FluterByeeBaby! It's nice to see your green ink gracing the pages of this delightful thread! And I'm honoured (notice the Canadian spelling!) to be your spunky "Lappiepooh", although I must say, I'm a bit confused on the spelling of my new nickname. Anyhoo, we're a kickin' some butts up here (gently, of course, since we don't want to hurt anyone), and we're doing our best to be "strong", "brave" and some of the other nice things you said. I guess I shouldn't speak for anyone else, so I should say "I" instead of "we".

 

Even if I'm not writing or contributing, I'm still around here, lurking, enjoying and pondering. If it's a dizzy, painful, tear-filled day (like yesterday), I might not be able to jump in, but I take strength from what everyone else is sharing. The silly cartoons and the wise pieces of writing and the lovely images add a little sumthin'-sumthin' to my day.

 

I hope you and everyone else who drops by for a "fix" of our QPPI thread is taking good care of themselves and staying as positive as possible under whatever circumstances they're dealing with. It's really all anyone can do, right?
