Poutine. A Canadian classic. Beautifu cut, fresh potatoes deep fried to a golden hue. Cheese curds are generously heaped on top and smothered in gravy. Mmm....*drools*

Cheese curds are the solid parts of soured milk. Lol. They taste really good, but you might not be able to find them outside of Canada. You could use bocconcini I guess. And the best gravy is beef stock! Yummy. Nice and thick. You can also add bacon if you dare

I used to eat raw carrots between meals when I was on a dairy, gluten, sugar, caffeine free diet for IBS.

 

I liked them but can be persuaded to try some cake nowadays.
