They are sooo good. If you love cream cheese. And SO easy to make!!

 

Flour Tortillas.

Cream cheese.

Red and green pepper.

Onion.

Tex Mex cheese (Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Jalapeno Cheddar)

Hot sauce.

 

Preheat oven to 400.

 

Dice veggies. Mix in everything else. Slop on the tortillas. Roll. Cut. Heat until cheese is melted...SERVE!

 

And get a TUB of sour cream!!! :D

 

And thanks! Me too. Hoping my time is done. I feel like I deserve it.
