Can I share some good news...I had a brief period of 95% normal balance today! Walked through a parking lot and as I was walking I felt better! Once I got to the door of the bldg I felt a little off and now my balance is off all over again.

 

BUT WOW...THAT MOMENT (HALF A CITY BLOCK) FELT GREAT!

 

This calls for a celebration! Frapps for everyone!

I can't bring myself to tell you what it is made of or how it is made.  I am too squeamish right now.  :'(

 

You will have to google it.  I do like it but rarely eat it.

 

It is eaten on 25 January at Burns suppers all over Scotland and overseas. Robert Burns is our most famous poet. The haggis is carried in preceded by a piper. Speeches are made and Burns poetry is read.  Haggis is eaten with mashed potatoes and mashed turnips.  It is quite spicy.  There may be Scottish Country Dancing too.

 

The older I get the less I eat meat. I hate that animals live awful lives and are killed so we can survive.

 

Organic produce is a compromise.

Well, if you think haggis sounds bad, has anyone heard of "Meorav"?  Nope, didn't think so.  It's an Israeli dish and I had the pleasure of having to sit next to THREE people eating it.  OMG!
