It's truly Heaven in a dessert, it's that good.  Used to have it often at one time, but not for years now.  It's all meringue based, fresh cream and fruit on top.  Very hard to get right, takes a lot of practice!  Aussie dessert.

 

Here, have some more, there's plenty for everyone ...

Bleh, sounds awful reading that, lol, but it's DELISH.  I can get Marmite in my area, it's slightly more pungent than Vegemite ... must go and pick some up now.  Oprah ate it for the first time when she did her Aussie show and she liked it too!
