Woo hoo on the taper! That is great! It's strange...I woke up feeling refreshed, made it out the house in record time despite this nasty imbalance issue. Praying that even if it's suttle that day by day I feel better and that all symptoms will perish leaving me renewed. I just keep praying :-)

Coordination problems are hard. I had severe vertigo during acute but luckily it didn't last long. Mostly I just have memory problems and dp/dr and some tinnitus and head pressure and okay, I have a lot going on still!  Ughhh!

 

Hopefully this passes soon.

 

In the meantime, how about some hot chocolate? LF, please join us when you get here! Be careful!!!

Ahhhh thank you...this inner ear madness was in my life pre benzos but not as bad due to Lyme...once I got off benzos it went crazy! My ENT doc said the benzos supressed my inner ear and now it is learning how to function again on its own. Not going into detail...let's pray my inner ear heals once and for all because coordination issues suck!

 

BUT....this is a happy thread! Let us have some hot cocoa!

I haven't been in this little medication for this long in 30 years. I feel more sedated than ever because of withdrawal, but it will get better! I hope you're doing well today, abcd.
