OMG, LF!!!  I'm here first thing in the morning, and I click to see bacon, baked beans, BLACK PUDDING 

So NOT what I'd hoped to see at this time of day.    I'm the type of person who can't handle heavy food for hours and hours upon awakening, so my stomach is already groaning in protest.

only one last thing in regards to moving forward I had a window on my birthday pretty much all day had a little anxiety but it went away and Saturday I felt pretty good up until night time cuz I caught my sons cold and then the window officially closed yesterday with a lot of head pressure but it was really nice!!!

I went to see the new MLK memorial when it first opened. It's really nice. I hope you and your son are able to visit it.
