LM, I haven't been able to have one of those for a year! That looks really good. 

 

Me either...how about since December 2012! I miss these!

 

Curious, Mind and LM, do you notice an uptick in sxs when you eat chocolate and/or sugar?  Is that why you stay off it?  I eat anything and everything, have never noticed any difference whatsoever.

 

I can only eat dark chocolate. My diet has been very restricted before benzos due to Lyme Disease. No dairy, no gluten. no high refined sugar intake, low sodium, no caffeine (I don't do caff anyway), no red meat (again I don't eat it anyway).
