Curious, Mind and LM, do you notice an uptick in sxs when you eat chocolate and/or sugar?  Is that why you stay off it?  I eat anything and everything, have never noticed any difference whatsoever.

Yep, I do notice a difference.

 

I had coffee this morning because the fatigue was so great, I was struggling to slither out of bed to go to work.

 

And now I have crazy inner vibrations. Feels like I swallowed a vibrator and its trembling through my veins in my hands, legs, stomach.

 

Ugh.

 

Back to chocolate! I love the cyber kind! Thanks for sharing it (and I'm glad you can eat like you want, abcd - that's awesome!).
