Please Help With New Taper Plan, Clonazepam

I thought I was going to taper down to .25 milligrams but decided I have to stay with .0375 milligrams and taper from there starting as soon as possible on 7/4/12, Could someone make a plan for a 0.5 milligram tablet to taper to 0.375 Milligram reducing a milligram a day?

I am using a graduated 100 millimeter cylinder

Here's the whole guide. You can stop when you hit the .375 mark. I'm a little confused by stopping at the .375 mark. Is this the point you wanted to hold for awhile? If so, when you're ready to continue, you can just pick up on the schedule again.
