Hello,

 

I'm going to make this simple. We, the team, are fed up with a couple of members posting 'coded messages' to each other. Benzojunkie, your posts were being pre-moderated and your posts to this thread and elsewhere not approved/deleted. However, I've decided to approved/restore those posts. Now, all members can see that there are two of you posting like children. This is kinder garden stuff.

 

Lostatsea - the same goes for you. If you do not get on with another member, ignore them. I do not wish to see any more posts or threads which are ostensibly about one subject, but are really about a personal beef (I refer to, of course, the thread you started about 'trolls').

 

Benzojunkie  - I am removing pre-moderation from your account. When you asked to return to BB, you provided us with assurances about your future behaviour. I am holding you to this. We should not have to waste our time deciding whether or not your posts contain secret messages. The same goes for you, Lostatsea.

 

I could have decided to place you both on the pre-moderation list. However, you both have received enough warnings and are (apparently) grown-ups. Any more problems from either of you will result in suspension of your account. You are wasting the time of the moderation team and are disrupting the forum. Really, enough is enough.

Further, I have decided to suspend the ability to edit or delete your post for both of you. Frankly, I do not trust you to behave yourselves. So, to save any possible claims of editing/deleting after the fact, you will not be able to delete or edit your posts until I am satisfied that you can behave yourselves.

 

As I wrote in my last post, your posts will not be pre-moderated. However, you both will be on our 'watch list' for about a week (or longer if need be).

 

I do not know if your behaviours is benzodiazepine withdrawal related, or just down to personality flaws. In the end, it does not matter. You are disrupting the forum and wasting the time of the team. And it is the wider community which must come first.

 

Please do not continue to push the team. Our patience has already been stretched to breaking point.
