Yes indeed this is a very good day to be Canadian despite the awful weather.

Did the bars open at 5AM in your part of the country Mandala? They did here in Alberta.

Hi Chinook, Yes I saw on the news that the bars opened early. Apparently the bars were open in Vancouver at 4am for the hockey, but no alcohol can be served at that time. Maybe that's a good thing  ;)

 

I live in a very small town. One street light and no bars.  :laugh: I guess the game watching was in peoples homes. I got up at 5 and was able to see most of it and of course they are replaying it again on tv.
